Dixie Commons is a joint venture between two experienced developers: Ball Ventures and The Gilmore Company.
Ball Ventures, is the developer and former owner of the Hilton Garden Inn adjacent to the St. George Convention Center, and has developed well over a million square feet of commercial space nationwide. Dixie Commons is one of several successful developments that Ball Ventures has completed in the Washington County area.
The Gilmore Company has been developing quality projects for nearly 25 years. Founded by Stephen Gilmore in 1983, The Gilmore Company has established itself as a leader in full-service development, brokerage, property management, construction management and funding support services. With more than 35 years of experience, Stephen Gilmore has completed or planned more than One Million square feet of Industrial, Retail and Office projects in Nevada and Utah. |
